Nine Tails Crystal Shop Policies -- Note all policy will reflect the platform policies. This is a general policy for all platforms & subject to change to align with platform policies
1. Shipping Policy & Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within *1-3 business days* after payment is received. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
- We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping (if available). Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
- Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
- International orders may take 10-20 business days or longer, depending on customs processing.
Tracking Information:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update.
Shipping Delays:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters). However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
2. Returns & Exchanges Policy Returns:
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- To initiate a return, please contact us through site you purchased or crystal.tails88@gmail with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Most items are one of kind & cannot be exchanged.
- We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style (if available). Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, excluding return shipping costs.
3. Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods:
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods available through Etsy.
Payment Security:
- All payments are processed securely through Etsy’s payment system. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
Order Confirmation:
- Once your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review the details carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
4. Additional Policies
Custom Orders:
- We love creating custom pieces! Please contact us to discuss your ideas, timeline, and pricing. A non-refundable deposit may be required for custom orders.
Cancellations:
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
Care Instructions:
- To preserve the beauty of your crystals and jewelry, avoid exposing them to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or prolonged sunlight. Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
Privacy Policy:
- Your privacy is important to us. We will never share or sell your personal information.
